On August 25th, 2018, the Ballinger and Meridian Park neighborhoods came together to enjoy “The NeverEnding Story” movie under the stars. It was the 10th annual Outdoor Movie Night and community members arrived to enjoy many free activities including face painting, balloon animals, a bubble zone, a multitude of crafts, robotics and drone demonstrations, all provided by amazing community volunteers. There were also prize drawings for great items donated by local businesses and community members.
A special thank you to the City of Shoreline for the mini-grant that made this event possible, as well as the Shorewood and Shorecrest high school robotics teams, the Drone club members, our many Ballinger and Meridian Park neighborhood volunteers, and our WONDERFUL local Movie Night sponsors!
